I loved Terri Kruse's Little Sparetime Pullover pattern so much (I made one for each of my kiddos) that when I saw she was having another knit along in March, I decided to jump in and join the fun. I had some Berroco Ultra Alpaca left from the sweater I knit for my husband, so my little guy now has one that matches his daddy. This sweater worked up super quick, and was a great, simple pattern. Here is Myles in his Limepop Sweater.
Myles LOVES his hand knit sweaters, so of course he is fun to knit for. He was lucky enough to receive another hand knit from his Grammy Joan for his 4th birthday, this lovely version of my Little Treasures cardigan.
It's April Fool's time, so how about a sale? I'm not big on April Fool's Day pranks, so instead, I thought I would share a quick little sale with you, my readers.
All patterns in my ravelry shop are 50% off from now through the end of the day, CST, on April 2, 2014.
Enter the code "fool50" at checkout to receive the discount. This only applies to my ravelry shop, not Etsy or Craftsy, and can only be used on individual patterns, not e-book collections.
Spring is in the air....we are expecting 60 degrees today here, but it will be back into the 30's in a day or two. So, it's not time to put down the needles yet....who am I kidding....I really never put down the needles. In the sticky heat of July, I'm still knitting.
I have a fun springy pullover design, for both girls and women, in the works that should be ready for publication in about a month....here's a little peek at Portico, worked up in one of my new favorite yarns from Luna Grey Fiber Arts, Aspen Sport:
Happy Spring to you all!!!
