Pomme de Pin

Just a quick post to share a sweater I spent the summer making.  This is what I worked on in between all of my Camp Loopy Projects.  It normally would not have taken me the whole summer, as the stitch pattern is really fun, easy to memorize and works up pretty quickly, for lace.  But, it got set aside many times for other things.  It was a fun knit and I would make it again in a heartbeat.   Can't wait to wear it this Fall.

Here's my version of Pomme de Pin by Amy Christoffers.  It was the first of her designs I have knit, and I was not disappointed.  I will definitely be knitting more of her creations in the future.

More photos and details about this lovely cardigan can be found on my ravelry project page here:  Pomme de Pin

While we photographed this sweater, we also got some pics of my son in his hat and mitten set for a new design collection coming out next week.  All the rocks, tree roots, uneven terrain and moving water made for some "less than relaxing" moments.  Here's a parting shot, just for giggles.

More about the new design collection coming soon.....I'm very excited to get it all out there!
