Recently I was asked to participate in a designer interview for the Malabrigo Yarns Blog. Of course, if you have followed my designs or projects even just a little, you know I am a huge fan of Malabrigo and their luxurious yarns. Needless to say, I was over the moon excited and leaped at the chance to participate.

The weather is starting to cool off a bit, so not nearly as much front porch sitting as we like to do, but here are a few shots of my little guy in the sweater I finished for him recently. He loves how soft it is and was so thrilled he even wanted his picture taken.
The pattern is Runaround Raglan, by Sarah Fama, and it was a true pleasure to knit, especially in this luscious Apple Cinnamon colorway in Malabrigo Worsted. In person, this color truly does shine.
Another very quick and fun little project I just finished was the Wolfbait hood-style hat by Alex Tinsley. It's a free pattern through Vogue's website and was fun and immediately gratifying using Malabrigo's Rasta. It was my first time using Rasta and like all of Malabrigo's yarns, it did not disappoint.
I also have a girl's vest in the works that will make a great little holiday design. Watch for pictures of that very soon, it's being tested now and I hope to have it ready for publishing in early November.
